Requirements:

* I understand that sometimes accidents happen and I will notify the topper and LongArmy Coordinator immediately should an incident occur;

* I understand and agree to complete and return the pairing within 30-days. Should I not be able to return the top within the time frame, I will update the topper and LongArmy Coordinator immediately to determine next steps;

* I understand that the top received is the property of Quilts of Valor Foundation and will be turned over immediately upon demand should I not fulfill the stated expectations.
